Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase made through sccollects.shop. By placing an order you agree to them.
The item
SC Collects lists a single collectible card: the 1986 Fleer Michael Jordan #57, graded NM-MT 8 by PSA, certification number 09029572. The photos on this site show the exact card offered for sale, and the buyer receives that exact card.
Availability
Only one item is available. If the card has already been sold, any order placed in error will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Price and payment
The price is shown in US dollars on the product page and at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before the card is dispatched.
Order confirmation
After checkout you will receive an order confirmation. SC Collects may cancel an order before dispatch if payment cannot be verified or if the listing contained a clear error; in that case a full refund is issued.
Shipping and risk
The card ships fully insured with signature confirmation, as described in the Shipping Policy. Risk passes to the buyer on confirmed delivery.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale.
Condition on arrival
The card is sold in its sealed PSA slab, in the condition shown in the listing photos. If the item arrives materially different from the listing, contact SC Collects immediately through the contact page.
Governing terms
These Terms of Sale apply together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy published on sccollects.shop.
