Shipping Policy

The card is a single irreplaceable item, so it is shipped with the care that deserves.
Packaging
The graded slab is secured, padded, and placed inside a rigid outer box so it cannot shift in transit.
Insurance and signature
The shipment is fully insured for the purchase price and requires a signature on delivery. Someone must be available to sign for the package.
Handling time
The card is dispatched within 2 business days of a cleared payment. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as the label is created.
Delivery estimates
Domestic delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Customs and duties
For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect an insured, signature-required shipment after it has been handed to the carrier.
Lost or damaged shipments
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately and keep all packaging. We will file the insurance claim and keep you updated throughout.
