By using sccollects.shop or placing an order, you agree to these terms. SC Collects is operated by David Nichols as a private collector listing.
The listing
SC Collects currently offers a single collectible card. It is a one-of-one listing: once it sells, it is no longer available. Descriptions, images, and grading details reflect the card as it was received from the grading company.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may be changed before an order is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order and issue a full refund if the item is no longer available or if an error in price or description is discovered.
Grading and condition
The grade and certification number shown come from the grading label supplied with the card. Buyers are encouraged to verify the certification number independently with the grading company. We make no separate valuation, investment, or future-value claim.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted only when payment has cleared and we confirm it by email. Ownership and risk pass to you once the carrier delivers the package.
Buyer responsibilities
You are responsible for giving an accurate shipping address and for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that apply where you live.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the sale is limited to the amount you paid for the item.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and photography belong to SC Collects. Team, league, and manufacturer names are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the card.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the seller's state of residence. Please contact us first — we would rather resolve any issue directly.
