Returns & Refunds

Buying a card of this significance should feel safe. If it arrives and something isn't right, tell us.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can issue return instructions — returns sent without notice cannot be accepted.
Condition required
The card must come back in its original sealed grading holder, unaltered, with the certification label intact, in the same packaging it arrived in. A slab that has been opened, cracked, resubmitted, or swapped cannot be returned.
Return shipping
Return shipments must be fully insured for the purchase price and sent with signature confirmation. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was not as described.
Refunds
Once the card is received and its condition and certification number are verified, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
Not as described or damaged
If the card arrives damaged or does not match the listing, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will cover return shipping and refund the full amount including original shipping.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the package is handed to the carrier.
